HOME: Songs of Hope & Journey

Some of the biggest names in Australian music have joined forces on the album "Home: Songs of Hope & Journey" to raise funds and bring attention to the plight of beyondblue, the national initiative against depression.

Inspired by the often tough journeys so many people face living in a country as large, and at times, isolating as Australia, artists like Anthony Callea, Human Nature, Guy Sebastian and Amy Pearson, David Campbell, Young Divas, The Inches, Alex Lloyd and Kate Miller-Heidke have recorded a selection of well-known tracks, that at the heart, aim to instill hope and encourage a sense of community in the face of the tyranny of distance.

The album also includes the incredible lead single, "Don’t Give Up", by Shannon Noll and Natalie Bassingthwaighte, originally performed by Peter Gabriel and Kate Bush.

Part of the proceeds of this album will go to beyondblue via the Sony Foundation Australia.
