Janet Holmes à Court AC has been a Governor of the Sony Foundation Australia since inception in 1999, and has been a strong supporter of its work with young people.
In 1995, Janet was made an Officer in the Order of Australia (AO), and was promoted to a Companion of the Order of Australia (AC) in this year’s Australia Day Honours List, for her services to business, the community and the arts.
The Sony Foundation would like to extend its congratulations to Janet on this prestigious and well-deserved honour. Her commitment and dedication to the Foundation and broader Australia community is to be commended.
