CanTeen

Since 1985 CanTeen has been supporting, developing and empowering young people living with cancer. Australia-wide, CanTeen provides a peer support network, offering recreational and educational opportunities for sharing experiences and having fun with other young people affected by cancer.

The Sony Foundation′s support has enabled the development of the “Offspring” program, which allows young people who have a parent or primary carer living with cancer to become a CanTeen Member. The Sony Foundation′s support enables CanTeen to hold Offspring Camps across Australia and create a colourful, vibrant and informative promotional video, ‘Coming Home′, designed to inform Members, potential Offspring Members in hospitals and clinics across Australia, existing and potential corporate partners and the general public of their work.
